We do not offer refund and returns on purchases. All sales are final.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@avaclairecreations.com. As some of our items are custom and limited quantity, you may be receive a slightly different creation as a replacement.
